This meal plan is a general meal plan that focuses on real and nutritious foods and not a specific diet. Although you could make simple swaps to make it work for you, there are no specific meal plans. This is something I plan to offer in the future.

Of course! As a picky eater myself, with a lot of food intolerances, I get it. Simply swap the ingredient for a like ingredient (ie: veggie for a veggie) and make it your own.

In this meal plan I scaled it down to one serving. This way you can easily change it for your family (double it for two people, 4x it for a family of four). If there are any changes (ie: a freezable soup to make life easy on busy days) I make a note in the meal plan.
